Nick's Story

Nick loves intense, goal-driven workouts (no doubt influenced by his years in the air force!). He complements his training with regular CrossFit sessions, a Pilates class every week, and a full Health MOT every 3 months to track his progress and set new goals.

Since we started, Nick has transformed. He's more than doubled the amount of weight he can lift, consistently beats the fitness goals we set, and continues to improve his performance in every session. He's built significant muscle mass, reduced fat mass, and his Health Score is now nearing the 'elite' level.

His latest goal is a deadlift of 120kg - and only 2 years away from the age of 60, Nick is stronger than ever.

Anna's Story

Alongside her weekly Pilates classes, Anna follows a structured, functional strength and fitness programme which includes three sessions a week. We meet for a Personal Training check-in session and Health MOT every three months which allows us to track her progress, refine her technique, and update her programme to ensure she continues to progress - an approach that works perfectly for her while keeping an eye on her finances.

In 9 months, Anna has progressed from Bodyweight Squats to Barbell Back Squats and is now performing unassisted Push Ups. She has lost 3kg of fat mass, gained nearly a kilo of muscle mass, and reduced her visceral fat by 2 points, all while feeling stronger, healthier and more confident in her everyday life.

Gary's Story

Gary reached out after severe sciatica began to dominate his daily life, limiting his ability to drive and restricting him to only short walks.

We started with monthly one-to-one sessions in his home, focusing on targeted exercises to relieve pain while gradually building the strength needed to address the root cause. Alongside this, Gary received a personalised exercise programme to follow independently 3 times a week.

Four months on, Gary is nearly pain-free and now feels confident enough to take part in group Pilates sessions. His consistency, patience, and commitment have truly paid off.
